This image shows the deportees being transferred by cattle cars to the belzec death camp. The Nazi soldiers would pack approximently 2,000 people into about 40 cattle cars. They would then spend a long time in these cars, without stopping, to Belzec.

This picture shows a few deportees who were picked from the crowd to help work around the camp. They were forced to do as the soldiers told them to. The workers had to dig mass graves and bury the dead people from the gas chambers. They even had to dig the graves and then would be shot into them.
After the camp was shut down, a long time later a memorial was built for all of the innocent people that have died at the Belzec death camp. It is located where the previous death camp was located.
